Search Influence Named to 2026 CityBusiness Best Places to Work List

We’re proud to announce that we’ve been named a 2026 Best Places to Work honoree by New Orleans CityBusiness, a regional business publication that has run the recognition program for 24 years. This marks our fifth consecutive year on the list and seventh time being recognized overall. We’re one of 60 honorees recognized across the New Orleans area in 2026, selected in the Small Company category for organizations with 10 to 49 local employees.

How Best Places to Work Selects Its Honorees
Best Companies Group, a workplace-culture research firm and a subsidiary of BridgeTower Media (which also owns CityBusiness), curates the data behind the Best Places to Work program and determines the winners. To participate, a company must maintain a facility in the New Orleans area, have been in business for at least 1 year, and employ at least 15 people locally.
Eligible companies disclose workforce data, such as salaries, benefits, retention rates, and employee advancement, as part of their nomination. They’re then evaluated through two further components: an Employer Questionnaire covering workplace policies and practices, and an anonymous employee survey measuring satisfaction with leadership, communication, and culture. A company must meet a minimum response rate on the employee survey for its results to count, and Best Companies Group combines both scores into a final ranking.
“Best Companies Group, an expert in employee engagement research, surveyed and analyzed numerous companies to find the Best Places to Work in New Orleans,” said Jaime Zepeda, executive vice president of Best Companies Group + COLOR Magazine. “This program recognizes companies that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees.”
Honorees are grouped into small, medium, and large employer categories by local headcount, based on employment thresholds set by the program.
