We expect to double in size in the next 2 years. As the Marketing and PR Manager you will be a big part of what makes us grow. We are launching new products and services in current and new markets and you’ll be helping to craft the message and get the word out.

This is your job if you’ve got agency or brand PR and marketing experience and you want to be in the middle of an important New Orleans growth story.

Job responsibilities:

  • Marketing:
    • Help craft and position the brand “Search Influence”
    • Work with our team to get it on paper, online and everywhere our customers are
    • Keep it fresh, assuring our web and social presence is current and relevant
    • Build the future by analyzing and budgeting all our marketing and PR endeavors including appearances, advertising and inbound marketing
  • PR
    • Represent the brand
      • Touch influencers, organizers and journalists

About you:

  • You have a degree in marketing, communications or lots of relevant experience
  • You’ve been working for at least 5 years, at least 4 of which have included marketing and PR
  • Maybe you worked in an ad or PR agency and you’re looking to settle down with just one client
  • You write a persuasive email, press release and your headlines can’t help but get clicked
  • You brainstorm and pitch content ideas like a champ
  • You work really hard
  • You’ll be really mad at yourself if you can’t get Search Influence 3-5 mentions / month
  • You’re a team player who makes people want to help you get the job done
  • You have a keen eye for the look we’re after
  • You’ve got the skills and experience to see a project through to conclusion — and you can tell us about it

We are looking for a results-driven individual to join our Online Advertising team. The Online Advertising Associate is a full-time position that works directly with the Account Management team. Promotion is inevitable if your work ethic and performance are a fit for our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute pay per click (PPC) campaigns, including search and display campaigns through Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, among others. This includes but is not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
  • Analyze performance data to optimize for campaign performance
  • Execute and analyze monthly online advertising paid search budgets and reports
  • Maintain constant communication with Senior Online Advertising Manager on account performance
  • Collaborate with Account Management team to fully understand client goals for each campaign

The Account Associate is a full-time, mid-level marketing and account management position. The Account Associate reports to an Account Manager or a Senior Account Manager.

The Account Associate ensures client satisfaction through direct management of his or her own client accounts as well as through support on accounts directly managed by other members of the Account Management team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage online marketing efforts for clients in various industries, including interaction via phone and e-mails
  • Support assigned Account Manager(s) or Senior Account Manager(s) with their accounts
  • Schedule and lead regular meetings with clients (in person and via teleconference)
  • Review, analyze and evaluate the following: data analytics, keywords, conversions, editorial content, and other aspects of online marketing
  • Create and review monthly reports and semi-annual and annual progress reports; identify and analyze strategic opportunities for clients
  • Work and interact with internal departments to ensure a positive work product
  • Manage and maintain task list; work with and report to assigned Account Manager on progress on assigned tasks
  • Review various types of content including website copy, social media posts, press releases, blog posts, etc. for clients on which you assist and manage
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure campaign progresses according to plan
