Online Advertising Associate (PPC, Paid Search & Display) – 1 position
The primary responsibility of this role is to setup, analyze, and manage paid online advertising campaigns through Google AdWords and Bing Ads. Please note your relevant experience on these platforms in your e-mail when submitting your resume.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute pay per click (PPC) campaigns, including search and display campaigns. This includes but is not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management

Operations Manager – 1 position available
The Operations Manager will be responsible for all non-sales / non-customer management activities at Search Influence. Working with the existing management team you will guide staffing, scheduling and accountability for Content, Production, Development and Technology. This position reports to the founders (CEO / COO).
The ideal candidate will be a people and process manager well versed in a high-volume publishing, advertising or technology production environment.
Responsibilities
- Help create and execute a strategy/plan designed to improve overall quality, efficiency and SLA attainment of our production process
- Apply TQM, Lean, Six Sigma, Production principles for continual improvement
- Oversee and manage the production and technology teams to ensure achievement of target KPI’s
- Conceptualize and implement process change as necessary to improve KPI’s
- Hire, train, retain and mentor internal/external team members and allocate resources in an effective, high performing team that scales with the business
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to implement tests, pilots, projects and processes for continual innovation and improvement by ensuring proper resource management and prioritization
- Communicate status of department initiatives to your own team as well as other departments, management and senior leadership
- Develop management dashboards to enable process and production visibility to management
- Seek out feedback from internal and external customers and uncover new ways to improve overall production metrics and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to company strategy and innovation by actively participating in dialogue with stakeholders of departments across the organization
Desired Qualifications
