For direct clients, we provide a holistic approach to search, social and online advertising. Our direct clients serve as a testbed for our scalable solutions, which provide publishers and Yellow Pages companies SEO products for their advertisers.
Will Scott – CEO & Co-Founder
Will Scott has been helping small businesses get online since 1994. He has led teams responsible for building thousands of small business websites, building hundreds of thousands of pages in online directories and delivering millions of visits from search. At Search Influence, Will leads a team of dedicated professionals who put customer results first.
Angie Scott – COO & Co-Founder
As co-founder and COO of Search Influence, Angie Scott leads operations and directs the company’s finance, account management, and administrative teams. Under her guidance, Search Influence has become the largest online marketing company on the Gulf Coast and has ranked on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list for the last six consecutive years. In 2014, Angie completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program designed to help growing businesses accelerate their growth. In 2015, she was honored as a City Business Woman of the Year and a recipient of a Stevie Award for Women in Business in 2013. A true champion for women in STEM industries, she is proud that over 70% of the Search Influence staff are women. In addition to her personal honors, Scott has been critical in all of Search Influence’ awards including: New Orleans CityBusiness Best Places to Work in 2014, The Inner City 100, Multiple Local Search Association Awards, and The NOLA 100. Angie is a graduate of Loyola University. In her free time, Angie enjoys spending time with her two boys (three if you count Will) and lives Uptown New Orleans.
Paula Keller – Director of Account Management
Paula Keller has been working with Search Influence since 2009. Prior to Search Influence, Paula held positions leading up to management trainee in a local restaurant chain. Paula is a marketing graduate of the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University. Her SEO experience has been marked by the chance to work with a fabulous array of large and small local and national businesses across the county. In this process, she has learned about both technical and strategic online marketing. Working with Search Influence has fulfilled Paula’s dream of working to help people and, most importantly, contributing to the economic development of New Orleans.
Jeremy Brown – Operations Manager
With more than 8 years of operations management experience, Jeremy joined Search Influence in July 2013. His main areas of expertise lie in process development and improvement as well as in talent development. Jeremy received his MBA from Duke University and has worked in a variety of industries, including insurance, marketing research, and casino entertainment. His primary goal at Search Influence is to develop internal processes that can scale with growth allowing the Production and Development Influencers to deliver high quality work for our clients.
Amy Arnold – Director of Research & Development
With 9 years in the Yellow Pages industry, Amy came to Search Influence in May 2007, bringing an understanding of directories and directory advertising for multi-location companies. Amy has a wide knowledge of SEO practices and strategy, starting with article, content, and production management, local citations management, and accounts directing. At Search Influence, she is a training specialist and director of R&D.
Erica Salm Rench – Production Manager
Originally from the Greater Chicago Area, Erica came to New Orleans in 2004 to start her undergraduate years at Tulane University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts. She went on to earn her MBA from Tulane in 2013, and she concentrated her graduate studies in strategic management and entrepreneurship. Before joining Search Influence, Erica worked as Associate Director in Tulane’s Office of Undergraduate Admission, where she focused on the development of strategic marketing initiatives, improving internal processes, and recruitment.
